Translation Coordinator
Geisinger
• Supports Geisinger’s Translation Center of Excellence by coordinating enterprise translation operations for patient-facing and operational content across the health system • Coordinates translation intake, triage, prioritization, and governance processes • Manages translation requests through ServiceNow or other designated workflow tools • Supports Epic-related translation workflows by coordinating work queues, tracking source and translated content • Verifies source content readiness before translation begins • Monitors and reports key operational indicators • Maintains quality assurance logs and supports audits related to translation accuracy • Supports vendor coordination by tracking assignments and escalation of issues • Prepares dashboards, reports, and routine operational summaries for leadership and stakeholders • Supports adherence to HIPAA and patient confidentiality requirements
