• Conduct outbound calls and digital outreach to pre-qualified leads, corporate clients, and consumers across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. • Identify specific client needs, present tailored product configurations, and effectively overcome objections to close deals or secure contract renewals. • Nurture potential clients through the sales cycle, ensuring structured follow-ups to maximize conversion rates. • Accurately update customer master data, record interaction details, and track active sales funnels within the internal CRM platform. • Consistently meet or exceed individual monthly sales targets, revenue quotas, and call-quality benchmarks.
Job Requirements
- Native or near-native fluency in German (C1/C2 level) paired with a good professional command of English (B2).
- Must be physically living in Bulgaria with a quiet, dedicated home-office setup.
- A reliable, high-speed wired internet connection.
- Outstanding negotiation skills, a high degree of self-motivation, resilience, and a results-driven mindset.
- Prior background in outbound telesales, cold calling, business development, or account management is highly preferred.
