• Multichannel Support: Deliver high-quality assistance to Swedish-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat • Inquiry Management: Resolve questions regarding product features, order tracking, subscription services, and billing • Technical Guidance: Assist users with platform navigation, account recovery, and basic troubleshooting for digital services • Quality Excellence: Maintain the high service standards associated with Swedish consumer expectations, ensuring professional and empathetic communication • Digital Documentation: Accurately log all customer interactions in the CRM system to ensure seamless follow-up and service continuity
Job Requirements
- Language: Native or C2-level Swedish and professional proficiency in English
- Legal: Mandatory EU Passport or a valid permit to work in Greece. (Note: Residence permits from other EU member states are not valid for employment in Greece)
- Home Office: A quiet, dedicated workspace with a stable high-speed internet connection (company hardware is provided and shipped directly to your door)
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely
- Aptitude: Comfort using modern digital tools and navigating multiple software interfaces simultaneously
