About the Position Title: Customer Support Executive Location: Thailand (Remote) Department: Pixies What You Will Be Doing - As our frontline technical support staff, you will be equipped with product software knowledge, ready to offer a helping hand and answer to customers' technical enquiries via multiple channels. - Update the website’s Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page. - Be a listening ear and gather feedback from the ground to be relayed to our competent team of Builders (Developers) for exciting product enhancements. - Propose your own creative projects (on operations, products, services etc!) and take charge of its growth. - Stay up to date with the latest product updates, technical knowledge, and industry trends to provide effective and accurate support. - You will be amazed by what you can achieve with us! About the position - Title: Fullstack Engineer - Location: Hanoi - Department: Engineering - Report to: Engineer Squad Lead What you'll be doing - Develop full-stack services in Typescript for in our existing application - R&D novel and ingenious solutions to creating enhanced user experiences tailored to a multitude of global regions - Continuously enhance the app with the latest code-improving methodologies available - Use modern DevOps tools and automate everything with Docker and our Kubernetes clusters What we’re looking for Techniques: - 2+ years of experience with deep expertise in Typescript, Vue and MySQL - Containers are first class in your apps - Understanding of MVC design pattern - Familiar with a wide range of performance optimization solutions - Strong understanding of vanilla front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 - Sound coding practices with tools such as git, unit testing, CI/CD, service oriented architecture - Linux confidence - Solid understanding of information security Cultures: - Module Owner: You don’t just write code.
