• Listen, evaluate, and respond to incoming customer queries efficiently via phone and email channels. • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by utilizing internal knowledge databases and systems. • Identify and thoroughly assess customer needs to ensure high levels of brand satisfaction. • Deliver professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented customer care during every interaction. • Document customer cases and cross-functional feedback accurately within the system.
Job Requirements
- Fluency (written and spoken) in either Czech or Slovak
- Good English communication skills
- No previous customer support experience is required! Complete training is provided.
- A strong customer-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication abilities
- Positive, enthusiastic attitude
- Highly motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently from home while collaborating effectively as part of a virtual team
