Artwork Closer – Prepress Operator, Prepress Specialist

• Manage and oversee the end-to-end pre-press process to ensure artwork is production-ready. • Prepare, retouch, and optimize customer artwork files for printing. • Review artwork and verify compliance with production specifications, quality standards, and printing requirements. • Edit and modify artwork using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and PDF editing tools. • Create and prepare print-ready files for production. • Collaborate closely with Production, Customer Service, and Sales teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery. • Communicate with customers when necessary to clarify artwork requirements and resolve technical issues. • Identify and troubleshoot artwork-related problems to minimize production delays and errors.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Prepress, Graphic Production, or related role
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and PDF editing tools.
- Familiarity with Enfocus PitStop Pro is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of print production processes, artwork specifications, color management, and file preparation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams across multiple countries.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
