• Answer incoming calls from patients, caregivers, family members, and any other parties who reach the home care agency after hours. • Listen to each caller's concern and take the appropriate action to resolve it. • Learn and follow agency processes for common situations. • Handle emergency and urgent situations calmly, and escalate to managers, supervisors, or other parties when needed based on the training received. • Receive and respond promptly to calls from stakeholders including patients, caregivers, family members, and insurance providers, and complete the task each call requires. • Log all calls accurately in the ticketing system and document the action taken. • Triage incoming calls by urgency and route them to the correct party when escalation is needed. • Follow up with caregivers to confirm coverage and communicate shift changes to the appropriate parties. • Provide clear, reassuring communication to families and keep records updated for the daytime team. • Conduct outbound shift confirmation calls to verify scheduling and attendance. • Perform data reconciliation and prepare accurate reports. • Handle non-patient-related calls and provide administrative support as needed. • Perform other duties related to the position as assigned.

• Review architectural plans, elevations, and construction drawings • Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs using plans and takeoff software • Mark up and organize elevations, room counts, and project scope details • Identify specialty finishes, including wallpaper, wall coverings, and custom finishes • Enter and maintain takeoff quantities and project data in Excel spreadsheets • Contact suppliers to obtain pricing for wallpaper, specialty finishes, and related materials • Request and compare quotes to support the estimating process • Negotiate pricing and discounts when appropriate • Organize vendor information, pricing data, and supporting documentation for estimates • Perform other duties related to the position as assigned

• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for foundation, structural, and architectural plans. • Analyze construction drawings and specifications with a high level of accuracy. • Calculate square footage, PSI requirements, and material quantities for concrete projects. • Collaborate with the estimating team to support project bids and estimates. • Maintain accurate and organized takeoff and estimating documentation. • Review project plans and specifications to identify scope requirements. • Assist in preparing cost estimates and bid packages. • Communicate with team members regarding project details and quantity clarifications. • Organize and maintain digital project files, drawings, and related documentation. • Perform other duties related to the position as assigned.
