Takeoff & Estimating Specialist
The Hello Team
• Review architectural plans, elevations, and construction drawings • Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs using plans and takeoff software • Mark up and organize elevations, room counts, and project scope details • Identify specialty finishes, including wallpaper, wall coverings, and custom finishes • Enter and maintain takeoff quantities and project data in Excel spreadsheets • Contact suppliers to obtain pricing for wallpaper, specialty finishes, and related materials • Request and compare quotes to support the estimating process • Negotiate pricing and discounts when appropriate • Organize vendor information, pricing data, and supporting documentation for estimates • Perform other duties related to the position as assigned
Job Requirements
- Proficient level of English (written and spoken)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in quantity takeoffs and estimating
- Proficiency with takeoff software such as Togal.AI, PlanSwift or Bluebeam and Excel
- Ability to read and interpret architectural plans, elevations, and construction drawings
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable computer (Windows 10 or newer), two monitors, and stable high-speed internet

• Perform remote monitoring and principal care management for patients under the supervision of the medical team. • Ongoing tracking and monitoring of patient data communication across members of the medical team and engagement with patients and family members reporting out clinical summaries. • Assist clinicians with gathering medical information for patients in-between visits utilizing different electronic health record systems. • Report any medical concerns monthly for patients such as falls, medication, behavioral concerns and recent hospitalizations. • Completion of PCM as assigned and as needed to ensure all interventions are completed each month with approximately 15 patients per day. • Report any issues directly to the ancillary program manager and/or Chief Clinical Officer when applicable. • Aid with additional employee trainings as necessary/provide support to newer employees that may need additional assistance via “shadowing.”
