• Provide daily administrative support to management and recruiting staff. • Maintain and organize digital files, candidate records, and company databases. • Schedule meetings, interviews, and appointments. • Prepare reports, correspondence, and other business documents. • Assist with data entry and ensure information is accurate and up to date. • Respond to emails, inquiries, and general office communications. • Assist in creating and scheduling content across social media platforms. • Support marketing campaigns aimed at attracting candidates and clients. • Create basic graphics, presentations, and promotional materials using tools such as Canva. • Monitor social media engagement and assist with content planning. • Help maintain company branding across digital platforms. • Track marketing activities and prepare performance reports. • Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms. • Assist with candidate sourcing and resume screening. • Coordinate interviews and communicate with applicants throughout the hiring process. • Support recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives. • Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment records.
Job Requirements
- Previous administrative, office support, marketing, or recruiting experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Gemini, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
