• Define and drive a clear, integrated strategy and vision across AiBLE, UNiD and Biologics portfolio. • Translate customer insights, market dynamics and competitive intelligence into actionable product direction. • Lead go-to-market planning and execution, including launches, campaigns and sales enablement. • Build and operationalize clinical, economic and portfolio value propositions. • Provide strategic input into pricing, contracting and market access decisions. • Orchestrate cross-functional execution across Marketing, Medical, R&D, Education, Supply Chain and Finance. • Monitor business performance and lead continuous optimization actions.
Job Requirements
- Significant experience in commercial roles within MedTech, including product management, strategic marketing and/or sales, with exposure to regional or global environments.
- Mandatory experience in Spine and/or Enabling Technologies (e.g., navigation, robotics, digital solutions or connected ecosystems).
- Experience in product marketing, product management, or strategically focused sales roles, with exposure to product launches, go-to-market strategies, key account management, complex deal cycles, portfolio selling, and marketing initiatives.
- Strong ability to translate clinical, technical and commercial inputs into clear value propositions and business decisions.
- Proven experience working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders in a matrix organization.
- Fluency in English with strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Role Description A sua missão: - Diagnosticar e monitorar adequação e eficácia dos controles internos, procedimentos, leis, normas e regulamentos para a salvaguarda de ativos e passivos, além da compatibilidade das operações mediante os objetivos, planos e meios de execução estabelecidos. Como será o seu dia a dia: - Monitorar diariamente as alterações das legislações de seu foco de atuação, interpretando e assegurando comunicação de forma ágil e clara para as áreas operacionais os impactos nos negócios dos nossos clientes; - Participar no atendimento tempestivo de fiscalizações de Clientes nos âmbitos estadual e municipal, na esfera administrativa, prestando esclarecimentos e disponibilizando documentos suportes; - Desenvolver controles das alterações de legislações tributárias e comunicações realizadas internamente, e reportes mensais dos indicadores (KPIs) correlatos; - Garantir mapeamento dos processos das áreas operacionais, e com apoio da Auditoria Interna, estabelecer planos de ações, desenvolvendo melhorias e/ou adequação de políticas, procedimentos e fluxogramas; - Monitorar as decisões legislativas, projetos de leis e teses relativas à seu foco de atuação, diagnosticando tendências, a partir do mapeamento de riscos e oportunidades e discussões em Comitês Técnicos Internos; - Desenvolver ferramentas, sistemas, processos, políticas, além de recomendar práticas e estratégias da companhia; - Analisar tecnicamente e de acordo com as legislações vigentes, novos produtos e/ou operações propostas pelas áreas de negócios, de alta complexidade, sugerindo adequações para que sejam comercialmente viáveis e realizadas em linha com a legislação vigente.
