Job Requirements
- Experience in coaching, consulting, or client success roles, ideally in high-ticket or results-driven programs.
- Exposure to commodities, oil trading, or B2B sales environments (preferred).
- Familiarity with online education platforms and community-based coaching.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Financial or trading literacy is a plus.
- Available full-time (40-50 hours/week), with commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth.

• This is a combined administrative role covering three core dealership functions within an Australian multi-franchise automotive group: Stock Control, Deal Processing, Warranty Administration. • Begin each morning with warranty cap-price servicing processing (approximately 2–3 hours), entering claims into both the manufacturer portal and internal DMS for work completed the previous day. • Continue with stock control and deal processing tasks for the remainder of the day. • Work closely with Sales, Finance, Service, Pre-Delivery, and manufacturer representatives to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely issue resolution. • Manage the full lifecycle of dealership inventory from factory ordering to customer delivery. • Audit Sales Contracts and trade-in documents for accuracy and compliance. • Process cap-price servicing claims daily, including preparation, submission, and tracking of manufacturer warranty claims.
• The Loan Processor is responsible for managing the mortgage loan process from application to closing. • This role involves gathering and verifying financial information, reviewing loan applications for compliance, liaising between the borrower and underwriter, and working with mortgage aggregators to ensure a smooth and efficient loan approval process. • Collect and review loan applications and supporting documents to ensure completeness and accuracy. • Request information from clients and conduct thorough reviews. • Obtain and verify necessary financial information, including income, assets, and credit reports. • Conduct credit checks and cross-check with disclosed liabilities. • Ensure all loan applications comply with Australian lending regulations and guidelines. • Review Cashdeck for Livex and undisclosed liabilities. • Act as a liaison between borrowers, underwriters, mortgage aggregators, and other stakeholders to facilitate the loan approval process. • Work closely with mortgage aggregators to submit loan applications, track progress, and resolve any issues that arise. • Order valuations and manage post-approval to settlement process. • Prepare and submit loan files to mortgage lenders and banks for approval. • Track and follow up on loan applications to ensure timely processing and approval. • Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the loan processing stage. • Provide exceptional customer service to borrowers, answering their questions and guiding them through the loan process. • Conduct CCR (comprehensive credit reporting) and cross check against disclosed liabilities. • Request outstanding documents based on CCR including (if applicable): Credit card statements, Personal loan statements, Car loan statements, HECS statements. • Check Cashdeck (or whatever software is being used); OpenBanking for undisclosed liabilities and cross check against Declared Livex/HEM. • Correspond with client for any outstanding information. • Complete high level/initial serviceability check on Quickl (for PAYG/simple apps). • Conduct pricing request and product comparison on a case by case basis. • Prepare AOL for submission.
