• Design and develop interfaces: Translate brand concepts, wireframes, and prototypes into high-quality, production-ready code for web and mobile. • Build and maintain the design system: Contribute to and evolve our component libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency across all web properties. • Partner with brand design: Work closely with the design team to translate creative direction into systemized code and extract production-ready assets from Figma. • Optimize for performance and accessibility: Ensure all interfaces and animations are lightning-fast and meet high standards for accessibility (WCAG/ADA). • Drive conversion: Collaborate with the experimentation team to test and validate designs against key business metrics like conversion and retention.
Job Requirements
- Frontend mastery: 4+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React.
- Design system expertise: Proven experience building, maintaining, or contributing to scalable design systems.
- Figma proficiency: Ability to create high-fidelity deliverables and maintain organized files that are ready for production and export.
- Animation and interaction: Expertise in creating transitions and interactive elements that enhance the user experience.
- Accessibility standards: Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA, ADA).
- Stakeholder management: Ability to excel in high-visibility design reviews and iterations with C-level stakeholders.
- Version control: Proficiency with Git and related version control workflows.
