• Take ownership of complex frontend features end-to-end - from scoping and architecture to polished, high-quality delivery • Push the boundaries of what’s possible with modern frontend technologies and build pixel-perfect, visually refined UI that matches design specs down to the smallest detail • Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to translate ideas into elegant, performant user interfaces, ensuring a world-class user experience • Maintain high standards for code quality, accessibility, and performance through thoughtful reviews, testing, and best practices • Contribute to evolving our frontend architecture, component library, and design system to support rapid iteration at scale

• Take ownership of complex backend systems end-to-end - from scoping and architecture to high-quality, reliable delivery • Design and build robust, scalable APIs and distributed systems that power our products and deliver exceptional performance • Collaborate closely with Product, Frontend, and Design teams to translate product ideas into well-architected backend solutions • Push the boundaries of what’s possible with modern backend technologies, driving innovation in both architecture and developer experience • Contribute to evolving our backend architecture, infrastructure, and developer tooling to support rapid iteration at scale • Proactively identify opportunities to improve system performance, reliability, and developer experience - and drive those initiatives through to execution

• Train, test, and ship models that power Peec AI’s recommendations - helping customers boost their visibility in AI search • Develop algorithms that extract actionable insights from AI search behavior, creating data-driven recommendations that help brands increase their AI Search visibility • Own the full model lifecycle from experimentation to production deployment, working closely with engineering to integrate ML solutions into our systems • Design and implement data pipelines to ingest, process, and analyze large volumes of data

• Own the reliability, scalability, and performance of Peec AI’s core systems and infrastructure • Design, build, and maintain the tooling, automation, and monitoring that keep our services fast, secure, and highly available • Partner closely with product and engineering teams to ensure new features are reliable, observable, and easy to operate from day one • Develop and refine incident response practices, ensuring issues are triaged quickly and resolved with minimal user impact • Proactively identify and address bottlenecks, single points of failure, and operational inefficiencies across the stack • Champion operational excellence and a culture of reliability, driving best practices across the engineering organization
