Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience leading investment management software implementations in a customer-facing role. - Strong knowledge of front-office and back-office investment management workflows including portfolio accounting, performance measurement, trading, reconciliation, data management, compliance, and reporting. - Proven experience managing enterprise software implementations with both functional and technical workstreams. - Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive complex projects to successful completion. - Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. - Ability to work independently with limited direction while maintaining strong collaboration with stakeholders. - Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and customer leadership. - Demonstrated curiosity and ability to quickly learn new technologies and software platforms. - Experience communicating project status, risks, and recommendations to executive stakeholders. - Willingness to learn about cutting-edge technologies while cultivating expertise in the investment management domain. - An aptitude for problem solving. - Ability to communicate effectively. - Serious interest in having fun at work.
