• Installing, configuring and maintaining Oracle Database instances supporting IFS implementations. • Performing Oracle Database patching (PSU / RU / one-off patches). • Executing and supporting Oracle Database upgrades (e.g. 12c → 19c or similar), including planning and execution. • Configuring and managing backup and recovery using RMAN (Recovery Manager). • Performing database restore and recovery activities (both planned and incident-driven). • Working with Oracle Database on Windows and Linux platforms (Windows is dominant; Linux is used on selected servers). • Supporting database migrations between environments (e.g. PROD → TEST / DEV). • Monitoring database health, troubleshooting incidents and resolving performance issues. • Optimizing SQL queries and supporting performance tuning activities. • Adjusting Oracle database parameters based on performance and stability needs. • Providing database-level technical support for IFS Applications / IFS Cloud. • Creating and managing users and roles in IFS. • Supporting IFS upgrades, deployments and integrations from a database perspective. • Working closely with IFS consultants, middleware and infrastructure teams. • Supporting on-premise and cloud-based Oracle environments.

• Onboard new clients and provide structured guidance through our educational and software ecosystem. • Facilitate regular coaching sessions to ensure clients are progressing, staying accountable, and implementing key strategies. • Break down complex brokerage and trading concepts into actionable steps that drive client confidence and execution. • Identify client roadblocks, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with internal teams as needed. • Maintain detailed records of client milestones, ensuring a high level of personalized support. • Foster a positive, motivating environment that empowers clients to achieve their goals.

• Work directly with the founders across all core areas: acquisitions, operations, strategy, and scaling • Analyze a potential acquisition and prepare meetings with entrepreneurial families • Develop a financial model or structure the deal process • Collaborate with production managers on topics such as automation, efficiency, or operational control directly on the shop floor • Switch between strategy and hands‑on execution

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of software and QA automation developers • Foster a culture of accountability, psychological safety, continuous improvement, and technical excellence • Support hiring, onboarding, and team growth in partnership with leadership and People Operations • Own delivery outcomes for your team, ensuring commitments are met with high quality and predictable timelines • Translate architecture and design into clear technical execution plans • Provide technical guidance and architectural oversight without being a bottleneck • Champion effective agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid) and continuous delivery • Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders and leadership
