• Review profiles and conduct pre-screening assessments with donors • Explain the process in a digestible manner to donors • Obtain required applications, consents, contracts needed for donors and surrogates • Communicate and provide support for donors, clinical and outside agency teams • Aid in the coordination of testing and screening appointments • Manage Oma Fertility’s online donor platform and maintain a detailed database • Work closely with management to ensure success of egg donor recruitment • Ensure compliance of industry standards and assist with regulatory audits • Learn and follow FDA regulations for HCT/Ps and ASRM guidelines • Handle all interactions with privacy and discretion

• Manage leads across all marketing platforms, with ability to assess the needs of leads and present information on fertility services and financials available at OMA. • Explain an often difficult and confusing process in a digestible manner. • Respond to lead and established patient inquiries, assisting them with their questions, scheduling appointments, taking payments. • Review all new patient appointments daily and reach out to patients post visit. • Provide guidance and walk them through their fertility journey at OMA. • Be a liaison between the patients and clinical teams. • Lead meetings (daily/weekly/as needed). • Collaborate with sales, finance, clinical, and management to develop processes to alleviate pain points of the patient journey. • Implement changes to improve patient acquisition/retention. • Track conversions along the marketing funnel: Inquiries, Inquiries to Scheduled Appointments, Testing to Follow-up Visits, Follow-up Visits to Treatment, Patient/Treatment Retention, Refund Requests. • Generate weekly and monthly reports of new leads, referrals, marketing efforts, and procedures. • Financial Coverage: Train on the financial process and provide backup coverage to the Financial Care Coordinator. • Be able to provide patients with financial information, educating them on estimates for treatment and medications, insurance coverage/reimbursement and financial assistance with external parties such as CapexMD. • Collect payment information and communicate with the clinical team that patients are cleared to start treatment. • Egg Donation Program Coverage: Train on the egg donor process and provide backup coverage to the Third-Party Coordinator when needed. • Be able to conduct pre-screening of potential donor and correspond with them, track the application and donation process and be the liaison between the donors and clinical staff.

• Accurately post payments, adjustments, and denials from Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and Electronic Remittance Advices (ERAs) to the appropriate patient accounts within the billing system. • Identify, locate, and retrieve remittance information, including EOBs, from various payer-specific online portals (e.g., Availity, Change Healthcare, government payer sites) and internal queues to ensure all payments are posted in a timely manner. • Ensure all transactions are balanced daily. • Proactively identify and resolve ERA gaps (electronic remittance files not matching expected receipts or claims) by investigating missing remittances, contacting payers, or manually posting payments as needed to maintain clean accounts receivable. • Research and correct claims or posting errors that prevent claims from reconciling properly.

• Identify fraud patterns and conduct investigations to deter fraudulent/suspicious activities • Maintain a queue of inbound customer appeals with time management and prioritization skills • Recognize and present opportunities to improve and drive tasks to full resolution • Complete live/ historical data reviews with a detail-oriented approach • Execute on repetitive operational tasks while maintaining attention to detail and having an eye for process improvements
