Field Safety Manager
Electrical Consultants, Inc.
• Lead and promote safe work practices across active construction projects • Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific safety plans • Conduct site safety observations, audits, and risk assessments • Deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and one-on-one coaching • Ensure compliance with company, client, and regulatory safety requirements • Support incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective actions • Analyze safety performance data and identify opportunities for improvement • Build strong relationships with project teams, contractors, and client representatives
Job Requirements
- Five (5) years of construction safety management experience
- At least 1 year of experience in Electric Transmission & Distribution (ET&D) or high voltage construction safety management
- Have, or be willing to obtain, a Construction Health & Safety Technician (CHST) Certification through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP)
- OSHA 30 (Construction) trained and current training in First Aid, CPR, and AED
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and influence safe behaviors in the field
- Ability to work in outdoor construction environments and travel or relocate as needed
