• Deliver high-quality work across client engagements, owning key workstreams and deliverables from development through execution • Manage multiple workstreams and client engagements while maintaining strong attention to detail and delivery excellence • Develop structured approaches, frameworks, analyses, and recommendations to solve complex business challenges • Conduct research and synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights into executive-ready recommendations • Build trusted relationships with clients, project teams, and firm leadership across all levels • Leverage AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies to enhance work quality, efficiency, and innovation • Support business development efforts through proposal development, thought leadership, and content creation • Contribute to internal initiatives that strengthen firm capabilities, collaboration, and culture • Operate with an entrepreneurial mindset, embracing ambiguity, ownership, and continuous learning

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • 2–4 years of consulting or relevant industry experience
  • Strong business acumen, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in fast-paced environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing executive-level presentations and deliverables
  • Experience conducting research, analysis, reporting, and dashboard development to identify trends and business insights
  • Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Analytics, Power BI, etc.)
  • Exposure to and practical use of AI tools and technologies such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, or similar platforms
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in dynamic and evolving environments
  • Commitment to continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
