• Own and execute core project workstreams, including data collection, research, analysis, and synthesis of findings • Translate data into actionable insights and contribute to strategic recommendations • Develop client-ready deliverables (presentations, reports, models, memos) with increasing independence • Support the project team by managing work plans, preparing meeting materials, tracking timelines and budgets, and following up on next steps • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and client stakeholders • Share analyses and insights both in writing and verbally for variable audiences • Demonstrate initiative and independent problem-solving, even in ambiguous situations • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and partners, developing knowledge of their issues, needs, and context • Maintain awareness of market trends, competitive landscape, and developments in education policy and practice • Make frequent use of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Codex).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1–3 years of full-time, post-graduate professional experience REQUIRED (strong preference for consulting and/or education experience)
- Demonstrated experience in analytical, problem-solving, or client-facing roles
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to share and synthesize knowledge
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively in team environments
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet frequent deadlines
- Experience with data analysis, financial modeling, or market research
- Familiarity with data visualization and presentation best practices
- An ability to navigate ambiguity comfortably and think strategically
