• Provide individual and group psychotherapy for adults in our Mental Health IOP program • Develop and maintain person-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and level-of-care determinations • Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment approaches, and symptom management to support insight and empowerment • Design and deliver engaging psychoeducational and skills groups focused on emotional regulation, coping skills, and mental wellness • Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, PRP, and fellow therapists to provide integrated mental health care
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of direct clinical experience providing mental health treatment
- Master's degree in counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
- Active independent licensure: LCSW, LMSW, LCPC, LGPC
- Strong working knowledge of CBT, DBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care
- Comfortable using Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
