Contract Real Estate Listing Coordinator
Entera
• Ensure that Entera’s listings are prepared for sale optimally • Manage and coordinate 3rd party service and rehab vendors • Validate asset readiness for sale • Support real estate pricing specialists in developing asset prices • Prepare key listing documentation • Help set up MLS listings and Entera’s disposition management systems • Play a critical role in meeting service-level agreements (SLAs) and Entera’s KPIs • Manage 50+ listings per month • Maintain a high degree of customer service and integrity • Draft, review, and maintain MLS listings and related documentation • Work with partners to create effective processes and ensure deadlines are met • Ensure accurate, timely transition of information and documents to the agent selling team • Order, schedule, coordinate and close out 3rd party services vendors • Serve as a primary point of contact for 3rd party services vendors, field agents, and internal partners • Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and problem-solve • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and keep listings moving forward • Contribute ideas to improve operational workflows
Job Requirements
- 1–2+ years of hands-on real estate experience as a Listing Coordinator, or a licensed Real Estate Agent
- Direct experience working with the MLS
- Highly organized with exceptional time-management skills
- Comfortable operating in a high-volume environment
- Strong communicator who is comfortable working with diverse stakeholders
- Resourceful and self-directed
- Patient, calm, and professional when handling requests
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and accountability
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working in tech-enabled systems and workflows
- Experienced with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
