• Serve as the initial point of contact for patients in research programs • Conduct scheduled patient calls to review study materials and obtain informed consent • Schedule and coordinate initial patient enrollment calls • Maintain detailed, accurate, and thorough documentation of patient interactions • Engage with patients to understand their motivations and address concerns • Demonstrate strong technical skills and fast learning ability
Job Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience within clinical research operations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Patience and empathy
- Attention to detail
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Tech-savvy
- A college degree is preferred
- Experience working with elderly and ethnically diverse populations is highly desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, and Adobe.
