Senior Claims Advocate

• Lead claims advocacy for commercial clients from intake through resolution • Drive strategy, escalation, and communication on complex and high-value claims • Partner with carriers, TPAs, and vendors to ensure timely, best-practice handling • Serve as the primary claims advocate to clients delivering clear, confident guidance • Provide executive-level reporting, claims insights, and loss trend analysis • Support producers and service teams to enhance retention and client experience • Develop and deliver claims education for clients and internal teams
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial claims, brokerage, or TPA experience
- Strong multi-line claims expertise (WC, Auto, GL, Property)
- Proven ability to lead client communication in high-pressure situations
- Strategic thinking with strong organization and follow-through
- Skilled collaborator with carriers, adjusters, and internal stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and agency systems
- Montana insurance license (or ability to obtain)
