Senior Delivery Lead

• Optimize team velocity and delivery of business value for complex projects • Cultivate Camaraderie: Ensure that Core Values are living and breathing throughout the project team. • Guide Development: Act as Product Owner advocate and Scrum leader, documenting and managing all dependencies / blockers. • Optimize Delivery: Guide feature design and prioritization to maximize team velocity and optimize business value, utilizing AI to inform decision-making and enhance prioritization processes. • Increase Velocity: Anticipate risks/blockers, advance Praxent best practices, and lead the team to efficient outcomes. • Lead Grooming: Build trust with clients, elicit nuanced understanding, and escalate when scope has changed. • Execute Consistently: Adhere to Agile/Praxent best practices, monitoring and correcting processes. • Maintain day-to-day client trust and relationship; document and monitor scope changes, risks, and dependencies; monitor and optimize processes to avoid blockers and optimize velocity.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years experience running scrum ceremonies; experience writing detailed user stories; experience working directly with clients.
- May include intensive programs, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; Certified Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Product Owner preferred.
