• Partner directly with client stakeholders (HR, L&D, Talent, and business leaders) to assess leadership capability gaps and organizational needs. • Translate business challenges and strategic priorities into practical leadership development strategies and solutions. • Serve as a subject matter expert to shape program direction, learning outcomes, and experiential design. • Facilitate leadership workshops, cohort experiences, and executive-level sessions as needed. • Deliver or support individual and group coaching engagements aligned to program goals. • Apply best practices across leadership capability areas.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in leadership development, talent development, or organizational development.
- Proven experience working directly with leaders at mid-level, senior, and executive levels.
- Strong facilitation and/or executive coaching experience.
- Demonstrated ability to apply leadership frameworks in real organizational environments.
- Comfort operating in client-facing, project-based, or advisory roles.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ICF, Korn Ferry, Center for Creative Leadership, or similar) preferred.
