• You will work on a subject-matter, analytical and conceptual level in the area of Compensation & Benefits. • You will drive Compensation & Benefits projects and ongoing topics forward and actively contribute your expertise to implementation. • You will research, analyze and further develop compensation policies, salary band systems, career models and competency requirements, and you will manage benefits-related topics. • You will prepare internal alignments, stakeholder meetings as well as works council discussions and negotiations, support and accompany them, and ensure structured follow-up. • You will create presentations, internal communication and decision papers, analyses and overviews that are clear, concise and tailored to the target audience. • You will structure and evaluate data, processes and decision-making foundations and make complex relationships understandable.

Job Requirements

  • A completed degree with a focus on Human Resources, Business, Law or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in Compensation & Benefits as well as experience dealing with complex stakeholder structures and works council/co-determination matters
  • Solid knowledge of Compensation & Benefits, remuneration structures, benefits and HR processes; very good skills in MS 365 and in creating presentations, analyses and decision papers
  • A structured, independent and reliable working style; strong numerical affinity; confident presence; clear communication; understanding of fair, transparent processes; and a proactive drive to design new structures and further develop existing processes
  • Very good German language skills and good English skills for communication in an international environment.
