• Lead all new payer contract negotiations, managing the end-to-end process from initial outreach through execution, ensuring terms align with organizational goals and market benchmarks. • Establish and maintain fee schedules and contracted rates for professional services, drug/pharmacy, and ancillary services. Own rate-setting decisions in collaboration with Finance and clinical leadership. • Maintain, update, and audit all payer allowable tables within Athena and any other relevant systems. Coordinate quarterly or monthly allowable schedule pulls based on payer requirements and internal cadence needs. • Identify, track, and resolve payment variances resulting from a mismatched allowable between contracted rates and actual payer remittances. Partner with billing and RCM teams to correct discrepancies and prevent recurrence. • Serve as the primary point of contact for payer inquiries and projects related to contract pricing. Facilitate timely resolution of payer-initiated issues and proactively surface risks to leadership. • Generate and distribute regular reporting on contract performance, allowable schedules, out-of-network activity, and no-go status. Ensure leadership has the visibility needed for strategic decision-making. • Conduct out-of-network analyses to evaluate financial exposure and inform contracting strategy. Maintain and distribute no-go reporting to flag payers or services where participation is not financially viable. • Manage all updates within Athena related to contracts, allowable updates, payer configurations, and rate changes. Ensure system accuracy is maintained continuously, and changes are tested and validated upon implementation.

• Proactively performs collections activities in accordance with established guidelines to interact with third party payors and patients for the purpose of collecting past due health insurance claims • Achieves daily accomplishments that produce progress towards monthly, quarterly and annual cash collection and accounts receivable goals • Actively engages in assigned quality assurance tasks to safeguard accurate and timely collections creation including compliance with organizational policies and payor guidelines • Identifies and researches validity of past due and/or disputed claims to expedite appropriate action in securing timely payment • Identifies areas of opportunity or potential patterns of noncompliance during normal course of responsibilities and escalates appropriately for review • Negotiates payment plans, partial payments and extensions of credit with appropriate reports for escalation to management review • Performs other duties as required.

• Work with our data engineering team to build and maintain data pipelines that ingest data from source systems such as EMRs, Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS), infusion software, pharmacy software, etc. • Support the build out and maintenance of the company’s Snowflake data warehouse. • Manage transformations and data models to support analytics and reporting needs. • Troubleshoot and resolve data pipeline issues and ensure data accuracy and reliability. • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (Sigma) • Work with stakeholders across operations, finance, clinical, and revenue cycle to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights. • Support development of standardized reporting for practice performance, patient access, clinical operations, and financial performance. • Define and build out key metrics for the company based on priority initiatives • Leverage modern AI features (e.g. Cortex Agents) to unlock self service capabilities within data stack • Help implement data governance practices including data documentation, data definitions, and data quality monitoring. • Support initiatives to standardize key datasets across the organization. • Assist with maintaining data lineage and data dictionaries.

• Help lead the design, implementation, and ongoing execution of the enterprise quality program. • Ensure billing accuracy, regulatory compliance, and revenue integrity across all practice locations. • Embed structured quality controls into operational workflows to proactively mitigate risk and strengthen audit readiness. • Establish and maintain a best-in-class Revenue Integrity Quality Management Program across Nira’s multi-site neurology platform. • Develop structured audit protocols and oversee compliance inspection frameworks. • Enforce billing standards and manage corrective action processes. • Advance continuous quality improvement initiatives and safeguard interface and claim integrity. • Ensure RCM remains compliant with CMS regulations, MAC LCD/NCD policies, Commercial payer requirements, NCCI edit standards, and Internal billing governance protocols.

• Responsible for the performance of a broad range of billing activities related to processing of claims for physician and practice-related ancillary services • Maintain expertise in claims submission, accounts receivable management, interpretation of related practice documentation, and other relevant tasks to support a best-in-class patient care platform • Demonstrate proficiency in multiple applicable software systems • Proactively submits and processes assigned third party payor billings (primary, secondary claims) to maximize accurate and timely billing • Achieves daily accomplishments that produce progress towards monthly, quarterly and annual cash collection and accounts receivable goals • Actively engages in assigned quality assurance tasks to safeguard accurate and timely claims creation including compliance with organizational policies and payor guidelines • Identifies unresolved or incomplete work product within assigned scope of responsibilities for follow up and escalation in a timely fashion • Identifies areas of opportunity or potential patterns of noncompliance during normal course of responsibilities and escalates appropriately for review • Anticipates most efficient resources and activities needed to secure payment of open claims and invoices including use of online payor policy research, electronic submission tools, or appropriate escalation or triage

• Execute infusion integrations from pre-go-live through post-launch stabilization • Manage integration workplans, timelines, and operational readiness checklists • Lead infusion service conversions from legacy EMR systems into WeInfuse, ensuring accuracy and clinical alignment • Coordinate with nursing, patient access, revenue cycle, pharmacy, and IT partners • Support training readiness and adherence to standardized infusion workflows • Identify operational risks and escalate issues to infusion leadership • Serve as the subject matter expert in infusion workflows and WeInfuse • Travel Requirements: 30-40%
