• Execute proactive outreach campaigns to recent graduates and alumni using email, phone, and text message to drive engagement with Career Services. • Maintain an active pipeline of unplaced alumni, consistently re-engaging them to understand their career goals and employment status. • Track and document all outreach efforts, touchpoints, and engagement metrics. • Actively source and connect with potential employers to identify open roles, internships, and hiring needs that align with our alumni pool. • Act as a "matchmaker" by pitching qualified alumni directly to hiring managers and facilitating interviews. • Stay informed of industry hiring trends to provide relevant, actionable market insights to job seekers.

• Respond to product sourcing requests from the sales team, finding the best possible options across domestic suppliers and overseas manufacturers • Evaluate recommendations not just on availability and price, but on product fit • Build and maintain a supplier knowledge base covering who carries what • Conduct regular market research, studying brands, trends, and retail aesthetics • Identify recurring product gaps • Document sourcing knowledge for team reference • Support outreach to new overseas manufacturers and domestic suppliers

• Leverage internal tools to identify risks and produce tactical and operational level reports on behalf of customers and verticals. • Analyze high volumes of content from unindexed areas of the internet, assessing potential risks to customers. • Translate a wide variety of collected data sets from Deep and Dark Web sources. • Identify, transcribe, and summarize pertinent factual information on behalf of a wide range of customers. • Quickly understand and deliver on company and customer requirements.
