• Respond to product sourcing requests from the sales team, finding the best possible options across domestic suppliers and overseas manufacturers • Evaluate recommendations not just on availability and price, but on product fit • Build and maintain a supplier knowledge base covering who carries what • Conduct regular market research, studying brands, trends, and retail aesthetics • Identify recurring product gaps • Document sourcing knowledge for team reference • Support outreach to new overseas manufacturers and domestic suppliers

• Leverage internal tools to identify risks and produce tactical and operational level reports on behalf of customers and verticals. • Analyze high volumes of content from unindexed areas of the internet, assessing potential risks to customers. • Translate a wide variety of collected data sets from Deep and Dark Web sources. • Identify, transcribe, and summarize pertinent factual information on behalf of a wide range of customers. • Quickly understand and deliver on company and customer requirements.

• Provide day-to-day support for Call Center telephony systems • Troubleshoot telephony and user-related issues • Support inbound and outbound call campaigns • Assist with IVR administration and updates • Generate and review basic call center reporting • Support onboarding activities for new clients and users • Work cross-functionally with operations and internal support teams • Escalate complex issues appropriately • Maintain documentation and support processes • Assist with system enhancements and process improvements

• Meet with your provider team individually or up to 4 NPs in a group meeting 1-2 times per month via teleconference. The role will support general clinical matters and other aspects of a standard collaborative relationship. • May review and respond to clinical questions and escalations • Conduct chart reviews in a timely manner • Act as the collaborating physician, overseeing care providing by NP(s) • Execute duties outlined in collaborative practice physician agreements, including tele-meetings, case reviews, and prescription consultations • Provide guidance and mentorship to the clinicians under your supervision • Offer constructive feedback on clinician performance • WellPsyche provides clinical leads and supervising MDs that are available daily and typically field any issues that come up day to day.
