Role Description We invite a highly analytical and proactive HR Process and Automation Specialist to join our team at Dev.Pro. In this hands-on operational role, you’ll audit and improve HR processes by identifying bottlenecks and optimizing internal workflows. You’ll leverage AI and automation tools to reduce manual work and build more efficient, error-free processes. - Support day-to-day HR operations while continuously improving workflows to eliminate manual work - Use AI and automation tools to transform manual HR checklists into automated workflows - Apply critical thinking to identify operational and compliance risks within HR processes - Proactively suggest and implement practical solutions to mitigate risks - Use advanced spreadsheet formulas to clean, manipulate, and analyze HR data - Create structured reports by translating complex HR data into clear insights Qualifications - 3-5 years in HR Operations or a process-driven operational role - 1+ year of experience implementing automation in HR processes - Hands-on experience using AI tools for process automation, research, and content generation - Experience auditing and redesigning HR processes (pre/onboarding, documentation, data tracking) - Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency (formulas, logic functions, data validation) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and improve process gaps - Strong written communication skills for clear process documentation and reporting - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - High attention to detail and data accuracy - Understanding of HR data privacy and compliance principles, including GDPR Requirements - Desirable: Experience working in the IT industry and familiarity with common IT roles and workflows Benefits - 30 paid days off per year — take them whenever you want for vacation, holidays, or personal time - 5 paid sick days, up to 60 days of medical leave, and 6 paid days off per year for major family events like weddings, funerals, or the birth of a child - Partially covered health insurance after the probation, plus a wellness bonus for gym memberships, sports nutrition, and similar needs after 6 months - Grow your skills with English lessons, online training, conferences, and the option to explore new career paths
