• Own the full execution of physical and derivative hedging (metal & FX) for the non-ferrous base metals Metycle trades • Build the execution model (pricing, hedging, invoicing, cost management), the risk control and reporting framework, and the team that scales it • Lead, mentor and grow the operations team • Design and own the full SOP library and control framework • Manage end-to-end movement of cargo across origin, transit, port and destination • Complete, accurate documentation across the supply chain • Live metal and FX exposures, hedge execution with brokers in line with policy • Customer and supplier invoicing from provisional to final, payment scheduling • Run end-to-end claims as a managed P&L line • Partner with the product team to automate the operating model

• Build New Markets (Ground Zero) • Travel to new countries (USA, Brazil, Turkey, France) and support Management and local teams to set up operations from scratch • Work with local consultants (legal, tax, audit) and make things move fast • Own Finance & Compliance (Practical, Not Theoretical) • Set up basic accounting + reporting systems in each country • Ensure filings, taxes, and compliance don’t break • Coordinate with external accountants - you don’t need to be a CA, but you should understand the system • Foresee potential problems and set up processes and workflows that mitigate financial and compliance risk. • Set Up Systems (ERP + Visibility) • Help implement and run ERP systems that are agile and scalable • Make sure inventory, orders, and financials are visible across markets • Build simple dashboards: clarity over perfection • Build Supply Chain on the Ground • Identify and onboard warehouses, 3PL partners and customs brokers • Set up import/export flows and documentation and partnerships • Solve real problems: delays, customs issues, broken shipments, etc. • Make Things Work (Day-to-Day Ops) • Create simple SOPs where needed - but don’t overcomplicate • Jump into issues across sales, procurement, regulatory, logistics, and finance this will be a cross-functional role and requires coordination with several global team members. • Be the person who unblocks things fast, is able to adapt to on-ground realities and identify items for escalation. You will work with on-ground teams in various geographies and will need communication skills and empathy to work through problems jointly.

• Assign cases to investigators and vendors based on availability, location, experience, client requirements, and operational needs. • Monitor active investigations and provide direction throughout the life of each assignment. • Ensure investigations are conducted according to company procedures, client instructions, applicable laws, and professional standards. • Direct investigative strategy to maximize opportunities for obtaining activity video, interior video, and impact video. • Responsible for maximizing video capture opportunities and improving departmental video capture performance through effective case assignment, investigative direction, coaching, and operational oversight. • Ensure investigators remain focused on obtaining the strongest possible video evidence while staying within legal, ethical, company, and client requirements. • Review case progress and adjust investigative plans when surveillance objectives have not been achieved. • Evaluate assignments and determine when additional surveillance efforts are warranted. • Manage case budgets, investigative resources, and the course and direction of investigations. • Ensure assignments are worked within required timeframes. • Coordinate investigative strategy with investigators and vendors. • Run vehicle registration inquiries and provide investigative support when necessary. • Obtain daily verbal and written updates from investigators and vendors in the field. • Supervise investigators and vendors while investigations are being conducted. • Coach, mentor, and develop investigators and vendors. • Establish and communicate performance expectations. • Evaluate investigator and vendor effectiveness. • Source, evaluate, and onboard new vendors. • Address performance concerns and provide corrective guidance when necessary. • Promote teamwork, accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement throughout the investigative team and vendor network. • Maintain consistent quality standards across all investigations. • Conduct public records research. • Conduct court records research. • Conduct private records research when authorized. • Search online databases to verify and cross-reference information provided by clients or developed during the investigation. • Conduct social media investigations and online intelligence gathering. • Coordinate with Account Representatives regarding client needs, case requirements, and investigative updates. • Provide operational updates to Account Representatives when necessary. • Assist in maintaining positive client relationships through timely communication, accurate information, and professional service. • Review administrative documentation for accuracy, including timecards.
