• Own the company operating rhythm and lead cross-functional projects • Strengthen the operational foundations of the business by identifying pain points and designing solutions • Improve tooling, documentation, access management and new-starter setup • Make complex cross-functional work progress by leading operational projects • Maintain the company rhythm including all-hands, quarterly planning and reviews • Line manage the People Lead, Senior Ops Manager, and Finance Manager ensuring alignment to company priorities

  • Breadth across multiple operational areas, rather than a narrow specialist profile
  • Systems thinking, with evidence of building workflows people actually use
