• Performs as the lead contracts specialist for assigned projects throughout the project lifecycle • Develops, prepares, reviews, and administers agreements, to include all associated supporting documents and/or other memoranda, that are compliant with policies, regulations, and statutes • Provides reviewed, edited, and ‘ready-to-approve’ contractual actions or other documentation for internal consideration & approval (i.e., Senior Contracts Manager review) • Supports, participates, and/or acts as lead moderator in low-to-moderately complex contract negotiations with performers and/or customers, as assigned • Leads troubleshooting efforts to resolve contractual issues and elevates to management when appropriate • Reviews contract terms to identify potential risk and monitors for compliance issues at prime, performer and sub-performer tiers • Prepares high-quality documentation, correspondence, and presentations to support various actions • Examines supporting materials and agreement documents, conducts timely research, and shares findings with supervisor and/or team as applicable • Authors high-quality documentation and correspondence • In coordination with supervisor & team, performs as a primary liaison between the organization and performers/customers for assigned workload • Maintains accurate, thorough, and complete contract records to ensure compliance with contractual, reporting, and regulatory requirements • Contribute to presentations in support of various actions as assigned

• Delivers medical, clinical and scientific advisory expertise in clinical research studies and post marketing programs (RWI). • Signal detection and aggregated reporting. • Provides medical, scientific and therapeutic expertise on pharmacovigilance services. • Participates in all aspects of the Medical Safety activities as per scope of work. • Perform medical review and clarification of trial-related Adverse Events (AEs) and post-marketing adverse drug reactions (ADRs) including narrative content, queries, coding, expectedness, seriousness, causality and company summary. • Compose, edit and medically review Analyses of Similar Events (AOSE) for expedited cases as appropriate based on regulatory requirements. • Serve as an internal consultant to pharmacovigilance case processing teams on projects being supported. • Provide aggregate reviews of safety information, including clinical data, to maintain oversight of a product’s safety profile. • Represent safety and clinical data review findings during client meetings. • Provide medical review and edits of safety reports or other benefit-risk assessments.

• Perform a variety of patient registration, scheduling, and insurance verification duties • Answer phone calls from patients with professionalism and efficiency • Schedule, change, and update patient appointments • Interview patients for demographic information, evaluate eligibility, and collect co-pays • Contact insurance carriers to verify patient’s insurance eligibility, benefits, and requirements • Request, track, and obtain pre-authorization from insurance carriers • Process insurance authorizations and update patient records • Research referrals to deny or approve based on information obtained • Clearly document all communications and contacts with providers and personnel

• Oversee assigned accounts on a regular basis, monitoring for unresolved debts • Investigate assigned accounts to determine if there’s a long-term issue • Contact consumers and patients with overdue payments to encourage payment, suggesting repayment plans if needed • Develop repayment plans that quickly and efficiently resolve outstanding debt • Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner, resolving any billing or collection issues • Process payments and, if applicable, refunds • Regularly update account status records for assigned accounts • Review [daily/monthly] reports on collection progress
