• Oversee assigned accounts on a regular basis, monitoring for unresolved debts • Investigate assigned accounts to determine if there’s a long-term issue • Contact consumers and patients with overdue payments to encourage payment, suggesting repayment plans if needed • Develop repayment plans that quickly and efficiently resolve outstanding debt • Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner, resolving any billing or collection issues • Process payments and, if applicable, refunds • Regularly update account status records for assigned accounts • Review [daily/monthly] reports on collection progress
Job Requirements
- [2+] years experience as a Collection Specialist or similar role
- High school diploma or GED required
- Degree preferred
- Excellent knowledge of collection and billing procedures
- Strong knowledge of legal regulations regarding debt, including but not limited to FDCPA and FCRA
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
- Must be able to work under pressure and be comfortable with contacting patients/consumers about potentially sensitive issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for negotiating
- Superb problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Perform requisite safety checks of brakes, steering column, lights and mirrors prior to each leg of journey to ensure road readiness. • Follow and maintain loading protocols to ensure vehicles and equipment are safely transported. • Inspect trailers before and after loading, paying attention to status of air lines, hydraulic lines and jack positions and adjusting them as necessary. • Visit weigh stations before and after packing to ensure that loads meet state safety regulations, making alterations to loads when required by law. • Contribute to company data by honestly recording times of delivery and hours worked. • Assist with loading and unloading of vehicles and equipment. • Assist event teams with setup and tear down as assigned. • Assist the event or race team in paddock and pit lane when needed. • Adhere to traffic safety regulations at all times, including DOT, DMV, State and Federal highway safety rules and regulations. • Meet strict schedules and timelines to ensure vehicles and equipment are delivered safely and on-time. • Ensure the cleanliness of the transporters and haulers both inside and out.
