• Manage the entire sales process, from discovery calls to successful onboarding of AI solutions • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to drive revenue growth • Support the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, pitching, PoCs, negotiation, and closing • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and business cases • Monitor sales performance metrics and contribute to forecasting and pipeline management • Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and conferences • Feedback product team with the evolving needs of the market
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in business development or consulting in a B2B environment
- Prior sector exposure to Life Science, Pharma or Biotech
- Fluent in English and German is a must
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Eager to learn
- Team player with the ability to collaborate across functions and build internal relationships
