• Support Go-to-Market (GTM) teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, by assisting in technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept projects, highlighting how our AI-powered SaaS platform addresses client challenges. • Collaborate directly with new clients during onboarding, ensuring smooth implementation, effective platform setup, and tailored integrations. • Develop, manage, and maintain automation workflows and integrations using Python, as well as platforms such as Zapier, Make.com, HubSpot etc. • Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly, clearly communicating solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Work closely with product and Customer Success teams to relay customer feedback, improve user adoption, and enhance overall customer satisfaction. • Advocate for the customer in internal meetings, ensuring their needs are prioritized in product updates.
• Own and lead 5–8 strategic enterprise accounts across hyperscale infrastructure and mission-critical construction programs • Act as a strategic advisor to executive stakeholders, driving operational clarity and decision-making at the highest levels • Translate AI-driven platform insights into actionable recommendations across scheduling, forecasting, capital allocation, and risk mitigation • Anticipate customer challenges 12–18 months ahead and proactively architect solutions before problems surface • Operate like a Chief of Staff within customer environments, aligning executives, operators, contractors, and technical teams around delivery outcomes • Lead high-pressure conversations when projects drift off course; calm, direct, solutions-oriented leadership is mandatory • Drive measurable customer impact, including reduced delays, stronger forecasting accuracy, and improved project predictability

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle from outbound strategy through close across large, complex infrastructure organizations • Build and manage executive-level relationships with operators, project executives, finance leaders, and C-suite stakeholders • Position Foresight as a mission-critical platform for predictive infrastructure delivery and operational risk mitigation • Translate customer pain into measurable business value tied to schedule certainty, capital efficiency, forecasting accuracy, and revenue protection • Navigate long, multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles with urgency and precision • Lead strategic discovery conversations that uncover operational bottlenecks, financial exposure, and project delivery risks • Partner closely with founders, product, and engineering teams to shape go-to-market strategy and customer feedback loops • Drive outbound prospecting into hyperscale infrastructure, AI, energy, construction, and data center ecosystems • Operate with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-moving Series A environment • Build pipeline aggressively while maintaining exceptional deal quality and executive credibility • Become an expert in the intersection of AI, infrastructure delivery, scheduling intelligence, and enterprise operations
