Junior Solutions Engineer
Foresight
• Support Go-to-Market (GTM) teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, by assisting in technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept projects, highlighting how our AI-powered SaaS platform addresses client challenges. • Collaborate directly with new clients during onboarding, ensuring smooth implementation, effective platform setup, and tailored integrations. • Develop, manage, and maintain automation workflows and integrations using Python, as well as platforms such as Zapier, Make.com, HubSpot etc. • Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly, clearly communicating solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Work closely with product and Customer Success teams to relay customer feedback, improve user adoption, and enhance overall customer satisfaction. • Advocate for the customer in internal meetings, ensuring their needs are prioritized in product updates.
Job Requirements
- A degree in STEM, Finance, or a strong analytical field.
- Some hands-on experience in solutions engineering, technical support, sales engineering, or automation-focused roles.
- Strong proficiency in Python for scripting, data analysis, and workflow automation.
- Experience with SQL or a similar database tool.
- Experience or exposure to data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Experience with or exposure to Go-to-Market (GTM) automation tools such as HubSpot and AI-driven outreach platforms.
- Background in B2B SaaS, AI-driven products, or construction and infrastructure software.
