Role Description Мелон България ЕАД член на Mellon Group търси да наеме с договор: АГЕНТ СЪБИРАНЕ НА ВЗЕМАНИЯ - Осъществяване на преговори с клиенти по телефона с цел договаряне на условия за погасяване на задължения; - Прилагане на индивидуален подход към клиентите, в зависимост от причината за забавяне на плащането; - Извършване на проверка на данните чрез справки в бази данни; - Нанасяне на получената информация в специализиран софтуер. Qualifications - Завършено средно или висше образование; - Отлични говорни и комуникативни умения; - Добри компютърни умения /MS Office, Internet/; - Опит в обслужване на клиенти по телефона е предимство; - Организационни умения, гъвкавост и лоялност; - Способност за работа под напрежение. • Architect and build AI workflows — Turn feature requirements into n8n workflows that power web app's AI capabilities (summarization, generation, enrichment, classification, extraction, and more). • Build for scale & reliability — Engineer workflows that hold up under volume: batching, retries, idempotency, rate-limit handling, error branches, cost control, and quality gates. • Integrate APIs & backends — Call APIs directly, handle auth (API keys, OAuth) and webhooks, and stand up Supabase backends (Postgres tables, row-level security, edge functions) for your workflows to read from and write to. • Hand off to engineering — Package each workflow so a developer can integrate it without reverse-engineering: a documented endpoint and payload contract, data models, edge cases, and example requests. • Write & Curate Prompt Playbooks - Develop prompt templates, version controls, and “how-to” guides so teammates can tap into AI power with zero hiccups. • Automate Reporting & Alerts - Set up bots that deliver daily KPI snapshots, flag performance dips, and notify stakeholders via Slack or email. • Support ops automation — Harness Zapier, Make (Integromat), and Airtable AI alongside ChatGPT, Claude, and custom webhooks to eliminate manual tasks and accelerate every team’s output. • Own Dashboards & Trackers - Create real-time Notion databases and Sheets models—complete with AI-generated summaries, anomaly alerts, and dynamic rollups. • Collaborate Cross-Functionally - Partner with Marketing, Creative, Finance, and Ops to identify friction points and spin up tailored AI solutions. • Lead innovation sprints — Scout emerging AI platforms, n8n nodes, and serverless tooling, and run rapid pilots that boost efficiency.

• Own AI-driven workflows and product improvements within specific parts of the product suite. • Identify friction in how clients and internal teams use the product, then decide what is worth fixing first. • Build and iterate on AI-powered automations, tools, checks, and workflows that make delivery faster or better. • Translate real client and usage problems into shipped product improvements, not just notes, decks, or tickets. • Use AI and internal tools to investigate product behaviour, inspect structured data, debug issues, and test ideas. • Work directly with engineers and product teammates to get useful changes shipped. • Engage with clients when needed to understand the real problem and validate whether a solution worked. • Document what you build and learn so other people can reuse it, improve it, and trust it.
