Role Description Мелон България ЕАД член на Mellon Group търси да наеме с договор: АГЕНТ СЪБИРАНЕ НА ВЗЕМАНИЯ - Осъществяване на преговори с клиенти по телефона с цел договаряне на условия за погасяване на задължения; - Прилагане на индивидуален подход към клиентите, в зависимост от причината за забавяне на плащането; - Извършване на проверка на данните чрез справки в бази данни; - Нанасяне на получената информация в специализиран софтуер. Qualifications - Завършено средно или висше образование; - Отлични говорни и комуникативни умения; - Добри компютърни умения /MS Office, Internet/; - Опит в обслужване на клиенти по телефона е предимство; - Организационни умения, гъвкавост и лоялност; - Способност за работа под напрежение.
