Clinical Outreach Specialist

Role Description The successful candidate will be comfortable making cold calls, scheduling meetings, managing follow-ups, and assisting with a variety of operational and administrative tasks as business needs evolve. - Conduct outbound cold calls to doctors, clinics, and referral sources to introduce services and generate opportunities. - Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers and referral partners. - Schedule and coordinate meetings for leadership with prospective referral sources. - Track outreach activities, follow-ups, and lead status within company systems. - Maintain consistent communication with prospects and referral partners. - Assist with lead generation and business development initiatives. - Provide administrative support, including data entry, reporting, scheduling, and other operational tasks. - Adapt to changing priorities and take on additional responsibilities as directed by management. - Represent the company professionally in all verbal and written communications. Qualifications - Previous sales, business development, appointment setting, or lead generation experience. - Strong cold-calling and relationship-building skills. - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a clear, professional speaking voice. - Confident and professional presence when interacting with healthcare professionals and business contacts. - Strong organizational and administrative abilities. - Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities. - Proficient with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and general business software. - Highly adaptable, flexible, and willing to assist across different areas of the business. - Experience working with healthcare providers or referral-based businesses is an advantage. - Comfortable working U.S. hours.
