US Partnerships Counsel

• Serve as lead legal counsel for strategic partnerships, alliances, channel relationships, and ecosystem initiatives. • Draft, negotiate, and advise on a broad range of partnership agreements. • Provide legal guidance on intellectual property, data usage rights, confidentiality, and regulatory considerations related to partnership programs. • Support the ongoing management and optimization of existing ecosystem and partner agreements. • Help design scalable legal frameworks that support long-term ecosystem growth. • Partner with business stakeholders on commercial strategy related to partnerships and ecosystem development. • Lead complex negotiations with external partners and internal decision-makers. • Advise on technology transaction issues tied to cloud, platform, and enterprise software business models.
Job Requirements
- Active license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction.
- 7+ years of legal experience.
- Significant in-house commercial and partnership counseling experience.
- Demonstrated experience negotiating and managing strategic partnership agreements and enterprise commercial contracts.
- Strong understanding of technology transactions, SaaS, cloud services, and platform business models.
- Ability to independently lead complex negotiations with senior business stakeholders and external partners.
- Excellent drafting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Co-pilot client calls by preparing meeting decks and performance reports. • Support day-to-day client communication by monitoring communication channels and drafting clear updates, responses, and recaps. • Routinely monitor performance dashboards across digital channels (paid media, creative, CRO, SEO) to track key metrics, organize data, and help highlight performance trends. • Act as the organizational engine for the account team by documenting, assigning, and tracking client requests and meeting action items inside our project management tools. • Maintain high organizational standards by executing repeatable workflows rather than one-off tasks. • Gradually take on direct client communication, lead portions of strategic discussions, and prepare to fully step into independent account ownership.
