• Develop and execute accurate operational development plans for assigned clinical trials, aligning with budget, timelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) • Oversee the management of clinical studies, including compliance with corporate, regulatory, and quality standards. • Lead clinical operations personnel, contract research organizations (CROs), consultants, core laboratories, and other study support organizations. • Handle program-level activities as assigned, ensuring operational plans are implemented effectively. • Ensure adherence to ICH-GCP, GPP, Incyte SOPs, and applicable country-specific regulations. • Work cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., Medical Affairs, Medical Science Liaisons, Medical) and external partners to support trial goals and timelines. • Monitor site performance, feasibility, and study execution for assigned trials.

• Provide therapeutic and operational expertise throughout the program and project delivery lifecycle • Ensure that projects within the franchise are properly resourced • Collaborate with the therapeutic team to create effective delivery strategies and solutions for franchise projects and programs • Act as the main contact person for the Project Management Franchise Lead • Present at proposal defense and client meetings as needed to support new or ongoing business • Ensure CRAs are trained on project specifics • Ensure Lead CRAs (LCRAs) are trained to support the clinical scope of work, including standard operating procedure (SOP) review, quality issue (QI)/corrective and preventive action (CAPA) understanding, and the Clinical Monitoring Plan • Coordinate and collaborate with Worldwide Clinical Trials Global Quality Assurance to provide training opportunities identified through CAPA information • Manage the quality of the assigned staff’s clinical work • Coordinate efforts between Project Management, Site Management, and Study Start‑Up • Establish regular communication to include quality metrics (such as site visit report compliance, source data verification metrics, and on‑site metrics) and overall project “health” metrics (such as data query status, adherence to the scope of work, and resource status) • Conduct performance appraisals for direct reports

• Lead global clinical trial execution and operational delivery across internal and external stakeholders • Provide oversight of CROs, vendors, and clinical trial partners to ensure quality, compliance, timelines, and budget objectives are achieved • Drive risk identification, issue escalation, and mitigation planning across assigned studies • Support study start up, site feasibility, enrollment, and operational execution activities • Partner cross-functionally with Clinical Development, Regulatory, Safety, Biometrics, Supply Chain, and external vendors • Contribute to SOP development, process optimization, inspection readiness, and operational excellence initiatives • Mentor junior Clinical Operations team members as applicable

• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex or high-acuity clinical situations; provide direct guidance and decision-making support to clinical staff. • Report on clinical KPIs to executive leadership. • Manage and mentor BCBAs through supervision, performance feedback, and professional development. • Serve as an accessible, trusted point of contact for BCBAs — defusing conflict and clearing obstacles so they can focus on client care. • Monitor and balance BCBA caseloads and utilization; rebalance proactively as staffing changes and census shift. • Own new-BCBA onboarding, from orientation and the ramp-up schedule through structured early check-ins. • Monitor clinical quality indicators in coordination with utilization, plus outcome measurements and fidelity systems. • Proactively identify clients not progressing toward mastery and ensure BCBAs adjust treatment plans accordingly. • Lead recurring ethics topic reviews and ensure compliance with BACB ethical guidelines. • Oversee QA data, including Note Guard documentation compliance and client progress review. • Oversee BT/RBT onboarding and the training department; retain oversight of broader training initiatives even where day-to-day organizing sits with a training lead.
