Role Description This is a remote position. We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join us as a Clinical Operations Manager to lead provider onboarding, Advanced Practice Provider (APP) support, and operational readiness across multiple healthcare facilities. Qualifications - Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license required. - Experience working in hospital medicine, inpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing, long-term acute care, or other post-acute care settings is strongly preferred. - Strong project management, organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities while collaborating effectively with providers, facility leadership, and internal stakeholders.
