Job Description

Sales Outreach Specialist

DRIP Agency

• You conduct daily qualified calls with D2C brands across the DACH region • You identify during the conversation whether a lead is a fit — and hand off cleanly to the AE • You schedule qualified meetings in the calendars of our Account Executives • You combine calls with LinkedIn and email outreach for maximum impact • You document thoroughly in Close, track your KPIs and continuously optimize • You test openings, pitches and objection handling — and iterate based on data

Job Requirements

  • You’re not afraid of the phone — quite the opposite
  • Strong communication skills in German (native-level) and English
  • High energy and self-motivation — even on the 80th call of the day
  • Resilience: a "no" doesn’t throw you off course
  • Clear, quick comprehension and a good feel for people
  • Initial experience in outbound sales/cold calling (B2B)
  • Experience is not necessarily required — what matters is that you’re hungry
  • Bonus: experience with D2C/e-commerce brands
  • Experience with tools like Close, Apollo, Clay and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Experience in agency sales or SaaS sales
  • Experience in high-stakes environments (startups, performance teams)

Benefits

  • Direct impact: you fill the pipeline — without you there is no revenue. Your contribution is measurable and visible
  • Clear career path to Account Executive with strong performance
  • Weekly sales coaching, call reviews and script sparring with a sales expert
  • Work remotely with regular offsites for focus and team building
  • Fixed salary plus uncapped bonus for each booked and held meeting
