Senior Sales Manager – Governmental, Nordics
Quantum Systems
• Identify, approach, and engage potential governmental clients to promote our solutions and services. • Establish and expand strategic alliances within the governmental and defense sector to position our product portfolio with key stakeholders. • Conduct continuous business development and acquisition through country-specific research and your professional network. • Build and maintain strong B2G network and sourcing relationships within your assigned markets. • Act as Key Account Manager for customers across the Nordics — you are their trusted point of contact. • Manage day-to-day sales operations, including CRM maintenance and proposal development together with our Bid and Solution teams. • Create customer‑specific marketing content (e.g., whitepapers, solution briefs, use cases) in collaboration with Marketing and Product. • Serve as the first point of contact for all sales-related inquiries within your field of expertise. • Monitor market trends and competitors to anticipate opportunities and risks. • Plan, coordinate, and conduct sales‑driving activities such as customer events and flight demonstrations.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the governmental sector (e.g., military, police, international organizations, NATO), ideally with a sales focus.
- Proven negotiation experience with defense contractors and governmental procurement entities.
- Strong ability to manage RFI/RFP processes and create competitive proposals.
- A strong drive to win new business and proactively develop a healthy sales pipeline.
- Ability to lead customer events, deliver compelling presentations, and professionally represent the company.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in another Nordic language and German is a strong plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
