• Setting up and running the Edinburgh warehouse from the ground up ahead of the Fringe build • Overseeing daily warehouse operations — assigning tasks, managing workflow and monitoring team performance • Coordinating the organisation and dispatch of advertising materials and equipment to sites across Edinburgh • Maintaining accurate stock spreadsheets and inventory records throughout the campaign • Proactively liaising with the production and print teams to track and secure incoming artwork and materials • Implementing and enforcing health, safety and security protocols at all times • Conducting weekly fire safety checks and daily end-of-day security and operational checks • Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and ensuring waste is processed in line with regulations • Getting stuck in alongside the crew — from prepping Correx to loading Heras and collating • Reporting to the Operations Manager and covering responsibilities in their absence

• Serve as the primary point of contact for ALE for all expedition logistics: flight scheduling, cargo, camp configuration, field movement planning, and communications setup • Work with the science team to develop a detailed Field Plan covering site access, instrument deployment sequences, traverse routes, daily schedules, and contingency plans • Coordinate equipment procurement, packing, documentation, and cargo shipping to Punta Arenas staging • Coordinate team medical/fitness clearances and any ALE-required training or documentation • Liaise with science team members across multiple institutions to consolidate logistics requirements • Oversee equipment repatriation, cargo tracking, and shipping from Punta Arenas • Compile a post-season logistics report documenting lessons learned, ALE costs, and recommendations for future seasons

• Governing Supply Chain Flows at global level for all Viatris product portfolio • Coordinating activities for documentation, evaluation, and approval of new Supply Chain Flows • Connecting with business stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and approvers as defined per standard approval workflow • Involving in business integration projects of markets, supply chain hubs and internal manufacturing sites • Participating in Supply Chain network optimization initiatives • Acting as process gatekeeper for Supply Chain Flow Management • Managing Central Repository of Supply Chain Flows • Ensuring product flow information consistency and completeness • Managing product flow requests, collaborating with business stakeholders and SMEs • Leading Supply Chain Flow reviews with business stakeholders and SME’s • Providing Trade Flow information to Finance team • Coordinating activities for documenting, evaluating, and approving new Supply Chain Flows as per standard business process
