• Rewrite and professionally structure clients’ CVs • Optimize LinkedIn profiles to improve visibility and professional presence • Create impactful and ATS-friendly resume content • Highlight clients’ strengths, achievements, and career experiences effectively • Ensure CVs and LinkedIn profiles are modern, organized, and visually professional • Understand different industries and job levels to tailor content accordingly • Communicate with clients to gather information and understand their career goals • Maintain quality standards and meet deadlines

• Act as the primary analyst within our proprietary project management system to track program benchmarks, retailer participation and incentive budget impact. • Develop and generate unique coupon codes and promotional identifiers tailored to specific retail partners (Lowe’s, Home Depot, etc.). • Reconcile monthly sales and redemption data provided by retailers against internal system records to ensure accuracy in rebate processing. • Coordinate with retail corporate offices to ensure coupon codes are properly integrated into their respective POS (Point of Sale) systems. • Analyze redemption trends and program sell-through data to provide actionable insights to the Program Manager(s). • Conduct rigorous internal audits of data entries to prevent duplication of incentives and ensure compliance with utility regulatory requirements. • Maintain detailed SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for code generation and data uploading within the project management system. • Develop and maintains accurate and timely reporting. • Creates and collaborates on procedural documentation in support of the Program Manager. • Ensures data accuracy and integrity in all internal and external reports. • Other duties as assigned.

• Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system of applications, rebates, and other supporting documents. • Communicate effectively as part of team approach with other departments in servicing customers. • Data Entry - enter data into various database applications with strong attention to detail and near-perfect accuracy. • Provide exceptional customer service and call handling in a customer-centric environment. • Safeguard confidential customer information. • Willing to support any program within the department as assigned. • Other duties as assigned.
