Executive Assistant – C-Suite
NightOwl Consulting
• Manage the executive's schedule, including scheduling meetings, setting appointments, and confirming travel arrangements. • Handle correspondence, including responding to emails, screening phone calls, and drafting letters and memos. • Prepare presentations and reports, including gathering data, formatting documents, and creating visuals. • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation. • Provide administrative support to other C-suite executives, as needed. • Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably with experience supporting C-suite executives.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A legal background is a plus.
- Can be direct and work with direct people
