League Operations

Gamers Club

• Plan, set up, and operate tournaments on Gamers Club platforms • Manage in-house competitions and projects run with partners • Propose and implement improvements to tournament formats and competitive products • Ensure smooth operation of competitions by resolving problems and conflicts in real time • Provide direct support to players during tournaments, answering questions and applying rules • Collect and analyze feedback from players and partners to drive continuous improvements • Prepare results reports and post-tournament analyses (post-mortems) • Assist in creating, reviewing, and/or updating rulebooks for competitions across different formats • Manage and oversee prize delivery • Actively contribute to the evolution of internal processes and the quality of operations • Serve as an interface with other departments (such as Marketing and Broadcast) and with clients, ensuring alignment in deliverables and operational synergy.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience (minimum 12 months) in tournament operations or similar roles in Esports
  • Practical knowledge of the competitive scene, especially in CS2, VALORANT, League of Legends, and/or Free Fire
  • Familiarity with competition formats and structures (single/double elimination, Swiss, leagues, etc.)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
  • Availability for flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
