• You are the central point of contact for client advisory, procurement, billing and controlling on all master data matters • You translate client contracts and information from client advisory into correct configurations in DML and Maconomy, and vendor records in SAP/Ariba • You maintain and manage core master data in our media operations system DML • You actively develop master data processes, e.g., clear guidelines, uniform standards and reduction of complexity • You identify automation opportunities and contribute to their implementation • You train internal users and support the development of key-user expertise within the teams • You support finance processes and contribute to data-driven management of the group
Job Requirements
- You have a completed commercial vocational qualification or a university degree
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable role
- You have a solid understanding of the media industry. Media planning, buying and billing are familiar to you
- You have experience with media operations systems — ideally DML
- You work in a structured and precise manner with a strong quality focus
- You can translate complex requirements from contracts and briefings into technical configurations
- You communicate clearly and confidently across different stakeholders, e.g., internally with client advisory, procurement, billing and controlling
- Excellent written and spoken German
- Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Maconomy) and basic accounting knowledge as well as good English skills are a plus

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist / AI Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and maintain machine learning and generative AI solutions within a government environment. This role will support both locally hosted AI systems and cloud-based AI services within Microsoft Azure Government, including Azure AI Foundry and related Azure AI services. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building production AI systems, deploying and operating open-source large language models (LLMs), implementing secure MLOps practices, and developing AI applications that meet government security and compliance requirements.
